Little hike on Szyndzielnia, Szczyrk, Poland
While visiting our friends in Katowice, Poland we decided finally to get away from drinking, eating and being marry for a while and do something different for a change. We drove to Szczyrk, very charming small town in southern Poland not too far from Katowice. Szczyrk is known for its "ski hill" called Szyndzielnia. It is rather small ski hill by Canadian Rockies standard but nevertheless it is very popular in Poland. Since it is May we can not ski but we can hike. So we went for a little stroll. It was trully lovely. Beautiful vistas, fresh air and finally some exercise ; ) If you ever happen to be in that part of Poland we recomand Szyndzielnia at any time of the year.
